Privacy notice
Your product files stay on your device.
Effective July 30, 2026. This notice explains what PreflightZIP processes, what stays on your device, and which limited third-party services support access and payment.
Product files
Files selected for audit or package building are read and processed locally by browser code. PreflightZIP does not upload product files to an analysis server, retain them in a PreflightZIP database, or use them to train a model.
Generated ZIPs, reports, manifests, hashes, and receipts are created on your device and downloaded through your browser.
Device-local preferences
If you choose Save shop profile on this device, PreflightZIP stores the shop name and optional support email in your browser's local storage. This information is not uploaded by the product. You can remove it with Clear saved profile or by clearing site data in your browser.
Hosting and security data
The hosting provider may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security logs. PreflightZIP currently includes no product analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics SDK.
External links and future services
Links to Etsy or other third-party websites are governed by those services' privacy practices. Paddle processes checkout, customer portal, subscription, tax, and payment information for Pro purchases as merchant of record. PreflightZIP receives only the purchase and subscription identifiers needed to verify Pro access. PreflightZIP does not send your digital-product files to Paddle.
